Tia Dandy, the energetic founder of Sassy Susie’s Sauces, brings a burst of flavor to your table with her custom-crafted sauces designed to enhance BBQ and seafood dishes alike. Hailing from West Philadelphia and a proud graduate of Overbrook High School, Tia’s culinary journey began in her own community, where she first ventured into the food scene with catering small events. Her sauces quickly garnered acclaim, with customers consistently raving about their unique and irresistible taste. Encouraged by this enthusiastic feedback, Tia dreamed of opening her own restaurant. However, her vision took a creative turn, leading her to launch Sassy Susie’s Sauces a few years ago in 2022. The decision was met with immediate delight from her loyal customer base, who eagerly embraced her bold and distinctive flavors. With Sassy Susie’s Sauces, Tia has turned her passion for cooking and flavor into a thriving business, delivering exceptional sauces that turn everyday meals into extraordinary experiences. Her journey from catering events to becoming a celebrated sauce creator reflects her dedication to quality and innovation.

On June 8th, 2019, Susie passed away, but her spirit lives on eternally.
